Reflex Marine has been shortlisted for Employer of the Year at the Cornwall Business Awards which is taking place on the 16th May at the St Mellion International Resort.
Reflex Marine is proud to announce that they have been shortlisted for the category of 'Employer of the Year' at the Cornwall Business Awards 2013.
The awards will take place on the 16th May at St Mellion International Resort and are organised and presented by Cornwall Development Company in association with Business Cornwall and the Cornwall Chamber. Dr. David Byron will be the celebrity speaker with Daphne Skinner of BBC Radio Cornwall introducing the awards and dinner.
Reflex Marine has focused heavily on the development and retention of staff in the past few years and has not only been awarded the Silver Investors in People standard in 2011 but recently won Training Programme of the Year at the Excellence in Business Training Awards hosted by Cornwall College Business.
Being shortlisted for this prestigious award is another step in the right direction for Reflex Marine. The company is also in the process of working towards the Gold Investors in People standard as well as the Health and Wellbeing Award.
