Reflex Marine will be attending this years’ Offshore Access and Accommodation Conference. The conference will focus on understanding client priorities and how to balance cost, comfort and functionality.
Access and accommodation are two key areas that impact greatly on the effective running of an offshore operation, impacting significantly on cost-efficiency, down time and the safety of offshore workers.
For Reflex Marine personnel welfare and safety is a priority. The well-being of offshore workers directly impacts on the entire offshore operation. Personnel need to be well looked after, well rested, kept safe and motivated in order to work productively.
Reflex Marine has been working with the industry to improve standards for personnel being transferred offshore for over 20 years. From collaborations with Seacor Marine and Sparrows on the creation of the 10 Golden Rules for Personnel Transfer by Crane, to tailored training courses and regional support for our clients.
Events like the Offshore Accommodation and Access Conference, in London on the 9th and 10th of December, are important to bring together industry parties to discuss key topics that effect the day to day running of offshore operations.
Hot Topics For 2015:
- How is cost reduction pressure impacting offshore oil and gas operator accommodation priorities?
- Adapting access solutions for large-scale, far-from-shore offshore wind projects
- Analysing the bottom line: offshore accommodation option cost comparisons
- Analysis of the expanding walk-to-work vessel market
- Unique feedback from a floatel guest survey
